Wm. K. Walthers, Inc. » Milwaukee, WI

“If you need someone to tell your corporate story, LPI is the company to do it.  They are masters at taking a huge amount of history and compressing it into a coherent and compelling video that will leave your employees, customers, and suppliers spellbound.  We gave them only 6 weeks to get the job done, two of which I was traveling, and they made it with time to spare.  What more can I say?”

J. Philip Walthers - President - Wm. K. Walthers, Inc.

Process

Life Productions, Inc. of Milwaukee, WI met with Walthers, Inc. for a pre-production consultation. A variety of questions were asked to determine the specifics of the organization, their audience, the message to be delivered and the video’s intended purpose. Interview questions were composed and tailored based on the feedback from this meeting. Life Productions helped develop criteria for choosing the interview candidates. Once the candidates were chosen, tape date(s) were scheduled.

How Life Productions, Inc. Completed Project

Life Productions went onsite to tape all supporting footage and offsite to tape interviews. The plant’s high traffic pattern and loud surroundings warranted the move. This allowed us to have greater control over audio input. Life Productions of Milwaukee taped the company’s third generation owner, top administrators, hobbyists and long time employees. Video footage of second-generation owner was secured and edited into the video. Once all footage was logged and captured, Life Productions began the edit process; first building an unscripted narrative from the collective voice of all interviewed. Then footage was added to support the sound bites. Finally, graphics were layered to give the video its finishing touch.

Life Productions presented to Wm. K. Walthers, Inc. for review. After minor alterations were made to the video, the process of mastering and packaging the final draft of the video was put into action.
