Process

Life Productions, Inc. of Milwaukee met with representatives of the Salvatorian order and their development department. We walked through two forms that were provided in advance; a fact-finding form and video planning worksheet. We composed and tailored interview questions based on the feedback from this meeting. Life Productions also helped develop criteria for choosing the interview candidates. Once the candidates were chosen, tape date(s) were scheduled.

How Life Productions, Inc. Completed Project

Life Productions went onsite and taped interviews. The ape date was coordinated to coincide with their annual meeting. This accommodated out of town interviews to be taped in town; a cost savings to the client. Video footage was captured during the interview tape date(s) and at an all community Mass. Once all footage was logged and captured, Life Productions began the edit process; first building an unscripted narrative from the collective voice of all interviewed. Then footage was added to support the sound bites. Finally, graphics were layered to give the video its finishing touch. The music selection required licensing. Life Productions secured all necessary licenses on behalf of the Sisters of the Divine Savior and transferred all agreements to their order.
