“Working with Tami and Louise was one of our best experiences this year. Our project timeline was tight, but these two talented experts were calm, organized and helpful throughout the process. Plus, they’re personable and professional. Their outstanding skills and service resulted in a creative, high quality piece that brought our audience to its feet and enabled us to raise 15 percent more than we did last year for this appeal. We have every confidence in Life Productions’ work and whole-heartedly recommend this company for your next video need.”

“We had the challenge of finding a new and interesting way to present the case to raise scholarship dollars at our annual auction. We identified a touching story about a current family on scholarship support and turned it over to Life Productions to make a short five-minute piece to show at the auction. The job they did in presenting the family in a sensitive way along with an excellent video production enabled us to exceed our previous scholarship total by 15%! Thank you for helping us make a Marquette High education possible for deserving students who couldn’t be here without scholarship help!”

Process
Life Productions, Inc. of Milwaukee, WI talked with Jackie Costa, the MUHS director of Publications and Events, about producing a short video presentation that would communicate the need and importance of giving to scholarships. It was going to be shown at the auction and followed by a “live” fundraising time devoted to their scholarship fund. A proposal was approved and through supplied worksheets, Life Productions, Inc. helped them articulate the message, select interview candidates and create a timeline for project completion. Life Productions Inc. of Milwaukee supplied preparation forms that gave advice on what interviewees should wear, sample questions and what one could expect from the interview process.
How Life Productions, Inc. Completed Project
Life Productions went on-campus and taped three testimonial interviews. Marquette University High School provided additional archived photos and a digital graphic of their school logo. Once all footage was logged and captured, Life Productions began the edit process; first building an unscripted narrative from the collective voice of all interviewed. A finished audio file was placed on timeline and then footage and archived photos were added to support the sound bites. Finally, graphics were layered to give the video its finishing touch.
Life Productions Inc. of Milwaukee presented video to the Development Directors of Marquette University High School for review. Alterations were made to the video, and once the video was approved, the process of mastering and packaging the final draft of the video was put into action.
