Our services are designed to walk you through the video production process with ease and efficiency. We listen carefully to your objectives and make sure that we communicate your message and story in the best possible light.
Pre-Production
We meet with you to learn about you, your organization and business, taking special care to identify the objectives for your video presentation. Video Planning Forms will be provided ahead of time and we go over every aspect of the production. We discuss all the ways you envision your video being used, the audience you are hoping to reach, the message you want to communicate and the type of emotion you want the video to evoke. We take special care to create a taping schedule that will work for you.
Production
Our production team arrives on time and works tirelessly on site to capture on video the essence of the business, organization or individual we are displaying. The interviews are taped in a relaxed conversational manner taking special care not to have anything scripted. Every effort is taken to create a genuine, comfortable environment so that your story is communicated effortlessly and with ease. In addition to the interview process, we capture on site video footage of the organization, business or individual in action. Those images are key elements that will help support the interviewee’s story.
Post-Production
In a timely and efficient manner we will edit your material and create a production piece that reflects the objectives that you have initially outlined. We celebrate your input making sure that we create a piece that you are happy with. We schedule a postproduction meeting so that we have your complete approval before we proceed with the packaging.
Packaging & Distribution
We will create a customized look for your DVDs packaging. We will guide you through the process to determine the best distribution means, compression, streaming and Web delivery.
